This weekend Chase and I went to Best Buy in Orem, UT. While we were there we saw Donny Osmond. I could not work up the courage to talk to him, but I did end up day dreaming of walking up to him and busting out a song from Joseph and the Amazing Colored Dream Coat. I pictured him soon singing along, then suddenly the whole store would break out into singing and dancing.
My husband and I ended up pathetically singing many of the songs from the musical on our drive home and the rest of the weekend. We had to make up some of the words because we had not remembered them all. We aren't blessed with the gift of good singing voices but we shamelessly sang in duet the whole way home. Thanks Donny for an enjoyable weekend!

That is so exciting (and funny)! I could just imagine this scenerio playing out!
Ha ha. You totally should have serenaded him!
My mom saw him at conference once and went up and shook his hand. Probably freaked him out but I'm pretty sure it happens to him a lot. We love the Joseph songs they're a favorite at our house.
Haha! This is so awesome and cute. PS...I've always thought Donny Osmond was so handsome too. That's so neat that you guys saw him. Hope you're having a great day, Racheal! :D
Haha, this is hilarious. And honestly, those are the catchiest songs ever; I'm sure they'll be stuck in my head all day now.

You should have, I once sang to him at the mall and he loved it. Joke, I didn't really. But that would have been a dream come true.

I would have swooned and fainted on the spot. I fell in love with him when I was 8 and he was posted all over my wall. I used to scream Puppy Love at the top of my voice and I had his face plastered across a t-shirt. I forgot about him for years until I saw him on a chat show about 10 years ago, and thought was a lovely man he is and how I could easily sit down and have a coffee and a chat with him like an old friend. Only, I do know, he would feel the same way. Sigh.

haha I hadn't realized he had even been in that movie. I'll have to watch it.
I ran into Steve Young at Good Earth on State Street in Orem once and didn't have the nerve to say anything either, so I'm glad I'm not the only one. :)
