I am more like you than you may think, and vice versa.  When we see ourselves in others, it is a gift.  Music can be a wonderful venue to receive such a gift.  We may not look alike, sound alike, or walk alike, however if you look closely and carefully without the tarnish of judgement, you will see your reflection in all people.

I truly enjoy downloading new music.  I downright crave it at times.  I downloaded a plethora of new music this last week and I want to share five bands that stood out to me.  You can download songs for free at {RCRD LBL}, which is where I go for free new music.  They have all types of genres for you to choose from.  Many up-and-coming artists and some more established artists.  Anyways, let me present to you the artists that have struck a chord with me, in a very good way.

Pink Floyd & People Watching

I'm headed to see Australian Pink Floyd this weekend.   Last year I went with my husband, and I have to tell you, concerts are the best places for people watching.  I can't wait to see who comes of out the woodwork for Pink Floyd.  Not in a negative "make-fun-of" way of people watching, more like an informative gander.  I am almost more excited to see the people than hear the music.  Almost.
