Hahah well I haven't had a chance to watch the video...but I don't think a bikini is immodest. Now a STRING bikini, yeah! but normal bikini, no biggy. You're swimming. Our bodies are nothing to be ashamed of. Swimming is the one time to feel "free" for me. I'll wear whatever I darn well please.
Also - he said the women in the pictures in bikinis were headless...so that's something to consider when he says they register as "objects" and not people. A face will definitely change an object to a being...
Interesting indeed! I'm not religious, but still like to keep things tasteful, elegant and classy in my everyday life...I always find these studies and differences between men and women thought provoking! I suppose the reason a bikini registers the same as underwear to men is because it kind of is and the scary part is some ladies wear less on the beach than under their clothes...but that's another topic! LOL!
