Wednesday Wishlist: Industrial Desk Fans

Why am I in love with the thought of having an old metal fan on my desk?  I have no idea.  They are old and dangerous, and ready to cut some fingers off, however I still can't help but swoon over these death traps.  Love is funny isn't it?

I share your affliction! I've been searching for the perfect vintage fan forever! My husband says that if I get one, I'll probably end up maiming myself...and he's probably right..but really I can't resist!

I have one in my studio for the hot summer days (similar to the one in top right corner)... it's noisy, dangerous and unreliable, but I love it and it looks great! ;)

Ha ha! Death traps. Watch your fingers! They sure are cool though. They have the best shape and remind me of detective movies, where they're working tirelessly on a murder on the top floor of a stuffy building in the heat of July. LOL. Gotta have a fan for that!
