Winter Blues: Quick Pick Me Up

{via}

Don't get me wrong, I love the holiday season.  It brings me much joy and happiness.  The cold and dreary grey skies can get to me now and again.  So here is a quick "pick-me-up" on those days where you have the Winter Blues:  the scent of oranges.  It is energizing and can quickly change your mood.  Start your day off by showering with {this} scrub.  Next spray some {orange scented fragrance} on.   And if it wears off during the day, keep a bottle of {orange scented lotion} in our desk at work or in your purse.  And remember, breather deeply.

Be sure to enter in the {$25 certificate giveaway} to my online vintage shop.  It's the last day!

You're absolutely right -- oranges are so sharp and citrus-y that the scent is bound to banish winter blahs!

That's a really nice photo! But I don't like oranges so this won't work for me :I

hmm...never thought of that! But I guess it makes sense. It's funny, I love the taste of oranges but I never eat them because I hate smelling like a big walking orange for the rest of day. Maybe I should! I'd be cheering people up as I walked by.

I feel ya Rach, I get down sometimes because of the rain and blistery-ness. But the holidays are all about warmth, family and love :) Keep that in your mind always gorgeous xoxo

Mmmmm... oranges. Brings back memories of sunny California - better than cold cloudy Northern skies :/
