Wednesday Wish-Lists: Mid-Century Furniture

$28

I am in love with the mid-century modern style.  I often scour thrift stores in search of mid-century furniture and home decor.  I found the perfect mid-century desk for only $25 at the local thrift store and an adorable chair to go with for $8.  I am working on my "study", the second bedroom in our apartment, and I am hoping for it to have a vintage travel theme.  More to come on that!  Oh I am too excited!

P.S. I did purchase the removable wall paper I previously posted about on this Wednesday Wish-List.  Is it up yet?  No.  Do I dare?  And where?  Think think think...

That first chair from UO is my absolute favorite. I wish I could afford to spend that much on a chair. Way to go on those thrift store finds! :)

Love mid-century. We have a sideboard and a dresser in a similar style. But I too have passed up some gems over the years...can't wait to see your room!

I love the last sofa but a bit out of my price range, will you be able to find something similar for your home?

I'm actually considering purchasing some removable wallpaper for my parent's basement. Easier than painting!LOL

I love this style, I actually have a few pieces that resemble this style that my mother in law gave to us, funny how things tend to come back into style sooner or later
