Fabulous Friday Finds: Thrifted Treaures

My desk is full of "to-do's" and random treasures either thrifted or gathered from around the world while traveling.  Among the clutter lie vintage postcards I found and cherish.  This Friday Fabulous Finds is about those postcards.  I put them in a frame, also bought at a thrift store.  The price? for $3.   Total project price?  About $5.  I know my usual FFF's are links to freebies and what not, but I have decided that the occasional Friday Fabulous Find will be on finds found whilst thrifting, one of my beloved past times.  Your thoughts?

I love it! And I love thrifting too!!!

We found some old postcards in my great grandmother's things the other day and I thought of you. :) She rode along with my great grandpa when he drove truck and she must've collected them from all of the places she went to... That's one way to travel I suppose!

wow! these pictures were really inspiring. when i become a home owner, or find a place to stay in for more than 2 years (and when i'm not a college student), i am definitely going to go thrift shopping to find cool things, just like you have done here. :)

i love how items you find at flea markets and thrift shops are so unique, and all have their own personalities.
