Gettin My Wanderlust Fix

I will be gone for the next week.  I am headed to Iquitos, a town in the middle of the amazon rain forrest.
It's the largest city in the world that does not have a road to it.  You have to go by boat or by plane.  We chose boat.  Who doesn't want to take a ride down the amazon?

The plan:
16 hour bus ride.
3 days 2 nights on a boat down the Amazon River.
Sleep in hammocks on the boat.
Stay in a hostal in Iquitos.
Search for butterflies in glass cases.
See freshwater dolphins.
Hold a really big snake.
Eat Alligator.
See a butterfly farm.
See a floating village.
Avoid tarantulas.
Pray we don't get ravaged by pirates or bus robbers.
(yeah that's a REAL threat.  Crazy!)

See you in a week.  We might get internet service but you never know.
