Vamos!

I have a friend named Aquiles.  He smiles more than anyone you have probably met (no really it's true). He’s one of the nicest, most genuine people on this earth. I am departing tonight on a bus to the Andes Mountains in his company, along with Chase (the hubbo), and our comrade Whitney.

Huamachuco
is our destination.
We are going to some natural hot springs and some ancient ruins. We will venture on a 3.5 hour hike to the middle of nowhere where his dad raises cattle.  The only way to his house is by foot or by horse.  Considering we don’t have horses, our feet will take us there.
I am calling it in early this week.  I will post next week on how this Andes Mountain Escapade played out. I will take plenty of pictures
Go have an adventure of your own this weekend.  Whether it’s getting lost on a mountain trail, exploring the town you’ve lived in years on end, or getting wrapped up in an adventurous book
There is excitement all around you.
